Foxspit - we didn't notice the hours, we'll try to check in the future.

BorK - I know what you mean about the mayo. I've had good spicy tuna rolls from other places that don't have the spread, and are just fish. The sashimi was good, so just make sure to ask before ordering. That's what I'm going to do next time.

Did you happen to notice the restaurant's hours? Some co-workers and I are planning a sushi lunch next week and maybe we'll give this a try.

Wow I had no idea it was renovated that much. It must of cost a good chunk to do that. Each grill would have a hood above it right? I hope the location being a bit hidden can do well with word of mouth.

Thanks for doing the review. I have been looking for a new place to try sushi to get ideas for making it at home. I have a severe fear of mayo as well. I think it comes from working in the food industry for so long. It turns clear after a few hours, ewwww...... I have had a spicy tuna once before and saw it is more of a spread (aka egg / chicken salad) instead of just raw fish.
