Smokin’ Drunk Chicks (perfect for tailgates)
-3lb. precut boneless chicken breasts
-1 (7-oz.) can Chipotle peppers
-1/4 cup whisky
-1 cup BBQ sauce
-1 tbs chipotle flavored Tabasco sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a zip-lock bag and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Place the chicken on the grill, and cover with the chipotle peppers. Drizzle a little of the marinade over the chicken and cook on grill until the chicken is cooked through. The peppers are mainly a garnish, but the adventurous may want to try them. they have a hot and smoky flavor.
